My Free Day Care Manual

I wrote this manual to meet the needs of a specific target group: American pastors. I am using direct mail through the U.S. Postal Service to bring pastors to the two DEMI websites: www.demipress.com and this one.

Why do I target pastors? First, because I am one, though not full-time. Second, because the average pastor is poorly paid — about $38,000 a year. Pastors need more income. Running a day care is a good way to earn a lot more income.

If your wife joins the staff, a typical pastor's family income can more than double in one year.

A pastor has access to low-cost space: his local church. This means you. You can start a day care in your church. This dramatically lowers your risk of starting a day care: cheap rent. You can shut it down if it doesn't make money. (But it will make money, if you follow my manual's instructions.)

When you read Chapter 6 of my manual, which deals with advertising, you will see why the first day care in your community to adopt the marketing strategy outlined there will enjoy a tremendous advantage that no other local day care is going to match, unless it's run by someone who has read my manual. That person will play catch-up. The others won't even try.

I'm hoping that those of you who conclude, "This just isn't for me," will also think, "But I know a family that could do this well and who really could use an extra $100,000 a year. My church could surely use the extra rental income."
